Reserved seating for Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie's 10th anniversary year will go on sale Monday (March 12) at 8:30 a.m. The racetrack's 67-date Spring Thoroughbred Season will begin a 16-week run of live horse racing on Thursday, April 12.

Customers can reserve seats by calling (972) 263-PONY (credit card orders only) or visiting Lone Star Park's East Gate Will Call on weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Patrons can also reserve seats online at lonestarpark.com/TicketsGroupSales/TicketInformation/.

Reserved seating options range from $6 to $25 per person (includes admission). Also, there are options for groups of 20 or more, including private luxury penthouse suites that start at $2,250.

"Big Event Days" have separate pricing plans. Those days are Kentucky Derby Day (Saturday, May 5), Lone Star Derby Day (Saturday, May 12), Preakness Stakes Day (Saturday, May 19), Lone Star Million Day (Memorial Day, Monday, May 28), Belmont Stakes Day (Saturday, June 9), Lone Stars & Stripes Fireworks Celebrations (Tuesday, July 3 and Wednesday, July 4) and a simulcast of the Breeders' Cup World Championships from Monmouth Park (Saturday, Oct. 27) during the 32-date Fall Meeting of Champions for American Quarter Horses that runs Oct. 5-Dec. 1.

Other Spring Thoroughbred Season highlights include a post-race concert by classic rockers Foreigner (Friday, April 13); a post-race concert by country music artist Robert Earl Keen (Saturday, April 14); Family Fun Day (Sunday, April 15); Lone Star Park Hall of Fame Day (Saturday, April 21); Texas Mile/Lone Star Million Preview/Dollar Day (Saturday, April 28); Mother's Day (Sunday, May 13); Summer Party Day (Saturday, June 16); Father's Day (Sunday, June 17); Stars of Texas Day (Saturday, July 7); Dollar Day (Saturday, July 14); Fan Appreciation Day (Saturday, July 28); and Closing Day (Sunday, July 29).

Live racing will be staged every Thursday through Sunday between April 12-July 29. The first live race will be 6:35 p.m. on weeknights and 1:35 p.m. on weekends and May 28. There are two special 5 p.m. twilight programs on July 3-4 for post-race fireworks. During the Fall Meeting of Champions, racing will be conducted Wednesday through Saturday at 6:35 p.m. each night.
