Lone Star Park will conduct a number of training races on Thursday, February 16; Thursday, March 2; and Thursday, March 16. Training race fees will be $30 per horse stabled at the Grand Prairie track, and $50 for horses stabled elsewhere. Fees must be paid prior to racing. Entries for each set of races will be taken from Monday through noon on Wednesday of the week of the races.

Races will begin at 11 a.m., and the track will close for regular training at 10:30 am on race days.

Race distances will be four furlongs and 220 yards, and Thoroughbred races will be run first.

Horsemen are required to have a copy of each horses' foal certificate on file in the Lone Star Park racing office in order to have the horse's work published.

Each trainer is responsible for paying their own rider and pony person. Trainers are also responsible for heading your horses in the starting gate.
