Per Texas Racing Commission Rule #321.17, Retama Park has updated its policy concerning children in the stable area. In order to provide a safer work environment for everybody in the stable area, children will no longer be allowed to live in the stable area as of March 1, 2009. Persons with children in the stable areas will have to make other arrangements by that time.

Dorm room occupancy shall be limited to licensed stable area employees only.

Children visiting the stable area are to be directly supervised at all times by a licensed adult.

Please communicate this policy change to all of your employees.
