:In order to facilitate turf racing throughout the winter, the Retama Park turf course will undergo a surface change beginning on Saturday, November 8th. As a result, all turf races will be transfered to the main track.

The No La Hace Stakes will be moved to Retama's main track at a distance of one mile on the dirt. The Rio Bravo Starter Handicap #4 will be moved to the main track at a distance of 1 5/16 miles.

Turf racing will resume on December 6th - Texas Champions Day - and will continue throughout the remainder of the meet.
