Sam Houston Race Park will remain closed for simulcast racing events on Tuesday, September 16, 2008, due primarily to power outages caused by Hurricane Ike. Administrative offices, including the Racing Office, will be open on Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
