 Turbulenz Emerges as Fastest Qualifier for $408,729 TQHA Sale Futurity at SHRP

(Saturday, July 10, 2009) - The trials for the $408,729 TQHA Sale Futurity were held on Friday, July 10. Owned by Bobby D. Cox and trained by John Buchanan, Turbulenz posted a three-quarters of a length victory in his trial to become the fastest qualifier for the 350-yard race for two-year-olds in :17.961. The sorrel gelded son of Special Leader and the Special Task mare Clearly Im Special was ridden to victory by Russel Hadley.
