(Houston, Texas - Friday, July 16, 2010) - The trials for the TQHA Sale Futurity for two-year-olds going 350 yards were held on Friday, July 16 at Sam Houston Race Park. Owner/breeder Jerry Windham's favored Jazzy Sixes emerged from his trial as the fastest qualifier, battling for the lead before pulling away to an impressive two length win in :17.565. The two-year-old sorrel gelding by Sixes Royal out of the Runaway Winner mare Runaway Kate earned a blazing Speed Index of 102 for his effort. He is trained by J. R. "Tooter" Jordan and was ridden to victory by Rodrigo Sigala Vallejo.
